The need for registration support organizations
When a company accepts a specific skilled foreign national on its own, the company must have a track record of accepting foreign nationals who have stayed in Japan for the medium to long term, such as technical intern trainees, within the past two years, or must have experience providing life consultation services to medium to long-term residents.

All support must be entrusted to a registered support organization.
In addition, if it is difficult to create and implement a support plan, such as a post-entry life orientation of eight hours or more or quarterly regular reports, support can be entrusted to a registered support organization.

Japanese Language School
We are affiliated with a Japanese language school in the Philippines.
Japanese is an essential skill for working in Japan.
The level of Japanese language proficiency for specific skills is the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (N4 or above).
We provide training to help students understand the importance of Japanese language education even before they enter the country, and to help them pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4.

Q: What is the difference between this and technical intern trainee?
A: The main difference is between the systems. The purpose of the existing "Technical Intern Training Program for Foreigners" is to transfer the technology and knowledge developed and cultivated in Japan to developing countries and to cooperate in developing the human resources that will lead the economic growth of those countries. On the other hand, the newly introduced "Specified Skilled Worker Program" aims to make up for the labor shortage in Japanese companies, especially small and medium-sized businesses, by improving productivity, securing international human resources, and securing human resources who have knowledge and experience in the field and can immediately contribute to the workforce.
Q: Why should we hire people from the Philippines?
A: The advantage of hiring Filipinos is that they can speak English, and the country is very pro-Japanese, with the President of the Philippines visiting Japan in February 2023 and being invited to the Imperial Palace by Prime Minister Kishida. In addition, in addition to the bright and always smiling personality that is unique to the tropical country, the Philippines has established rules to protect its citizens that are not found in other countries, such as DMW and MWO. Therefore, there is less chance of trouble after employment, and because of these systems, malicious brokers are eliminated.
